  • To ensure the most effective cleaning service, please prepare by keeping floors and surfaces as clear as possible. This allows our team to access all areas and deliver the highest quality clean.

  • Nope! We bring everything we need along with us. However, if you have any preferences we are happy to accommodate with products/tools you provide.

  • We do our best to provide consistency by assigning the same trusted cleaners to your home whenever possible. This helps ensure familiarity and a personalized service. If there’s ever a change due to scheduling or availability, we’ll ensure the replacement is fully briefed on your preferences.

  • All of our equipment (tools, rags, brushes, sponges, mop heads, etc) go through a rigorous sanitization process. We pack a fresh “kit” for each client we are seeing that day. Nothing is reused between clients.

  • Yes, we love pets! Just let us know about your furry friends in advance so we can tailor our approach. We’ll take any necessary precautions to ensure their safety and comfort—and make sure they don’t accidentally slip out the door! We do ask that, whenever possible, dogs are kept to a separate area during the clean so that the team is able to clean your home as efficiently as possible.

  • You’re welcome to be home during the cleaning, or you can head out and leave it to us—whatever you're most comfortable with. Many of our clients prefer to give us access while they’re away and return to a spotless space.

  • All staff have gone through a background check and are completely trustworthy!

  • Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. If you have specific sensitivities or preferences, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate.

  • We understand that plans can change. Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of $50, as our cleaners reserve time specifically for you.

  • Yes! We are fully insured.
